I'm in Canada and hoping to order from you.  What's the deal with shipping?

Orders currently ship from Calgary, Canada.  If we're shipping to you within Canada, the cost of shipping is a flat fee of $7.95 CAD (and no customs and duties!)

All orders over $200.00 CAD will automatically qualify for free shipping.

I live in ______, will you ship your products to me?

Of course we will!  We're based in Calgary, Canada but we love to ship internationally to our friends outside of Canada.  If you live in the U.S., shipping is a standard rate of $7.95 CAD, and internationally anywhere outside of Canada or the U.S. is a standard rate of $14.95 CAD.

Unfortunately we are not able to anticipate duties, import taxes, or fees that will be assessed by the receiving country. For all international shipments, duties and taxes will be billed to the receiving party.

How long will it take for my shipment to be processed?

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled once you've placed them.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number.  If you're in a rush to receive your order, reach out and we can look at options to prioritize getting it to you sooner!

Okay, and what about the shipping timing?

We can't predict exactly when your order will arrive.  We ship from Calgary so shipments within Canada can be expected within 3-4 business days once shipped.  Orders outside of the country may take a bit longer.

What's your policy on refunds and exchanges?

We have a no-refunds policy at this time.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges at the moment, which means that all products are final sale.  Please consult our sizing charts as a guide in making the correct selection, and feel free to reach out to us via Instagram or email with any sizing questions.
